5 calcium rich food for your health

Our body needs calcium for healthy bones. Not only for bones, it is also very important for proper functioning of our nerves and muscles.

Diet is not complete without having calcium contained food. To make oneself healthy balanced diet is very important. Here are some food which should be included in everyone’s diet.
1.) MILK
